1. Service
TiCali Internal Operations is a private internal application provided by Hola Compra Medios for use by its own authorized staff to analyze the company's own e-commerce data.
2. Authorized use
Access is limited to authorized personnel via issued credentials. Users must keep credentials confidential and use the Service only for legitimate internal business purposes.
3. Platform data
The Service accesses the company's own connected Mercado Libre and TikTok Shop accounts on a read-only basis and complies with each platform's developer terms and API policies.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", for internal informational purposes. Figures are estimates for decision support and are not guarantees.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hola Compra Medios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
